
Mix Greek yogurt with finely chopped strawberries.
Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined board, shaping into small discs.
Freeze for 2–3 hours.
Meanwhile, melt white chocolate in the microwave in short bursts. Add matcha and mix well.
Remove the frozen yogurt discs and dip them into the matcha chocolate glaze.
Return to the freezer for 10 minutes to let the glaze set.
