Nissei Organic was born from a simple idea: that everyone in Uzbekistan should have access to genuine, premium-quality matcha — not the imitations that flood the market, but the real thing from Japan.
Our founder, Barno, discovered matcha during a trip to Shizuoka and was captivated by the depth of flavor, the ritualistic preparation, and the incredible health benefits. She noticed that true ceremonial-grade matcha was nearly impossible to find in Central Asia.
That realization became a mission. We built direct relationships with tea masters in Shizuoka — the region that has produced Japan's finest matcha for over 800 years — and now bring their craft directly to your door.

Every gram of our matcha is sourced directly from Shizuoka, Japan — the world capital of matcha. We accept no substitutes and no shortcuts. What you receive is exactly what Japanese tea masters produce.
We only offer ceremonial-grade matcha. This means the youngest, most tender tea leaves, shade-grown for maximum flavor, and stone-ground to preserve nutrients. We taste every batch before it reaches you.

From leaf to cup, every step is handled with care
Tea plants are covered 3-4 weeks before harvest to boost chlorophyll and L-theanine
Only the youngest, most tender leaves are selected by experienced tea pickers
Leaves are slowly ground by granite stone mills to preserve nutrients and flavor
