Strawberry Yogurt Bites in Matcha Chocolate
Frozen rounds of Greek yogurt and strawberries dipped in white chocolate and matcha; allow 3 hours in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 180 g Greek yogurt
- 150 g strawberries, fresh or thawed
- 1–2 tsp honey, optional
- 150 g white chocolate
- 4 g matcha (2 tsp)
- 1 tsp neutral vegetable oil
Steps
Dice the strawberries small; pat thawed ones dry with a paper towel.
Mix the yogurt with the strawberries and honey.
Line a board or tray with baking paper and spoon the mixture into rounds about 5–6 cm across and 1.5 cm thick.
Freeze for 3 hours, until completely firm.
Melt the chocolate with the oil over a pan of simmering water, or in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time. Sift in the matcha and stir until smooth.
Dip the frozen rounds into the glaze with a fork, let the excess drip off and put them back on the paper.
Return to the freezer for 10 minutes to set the glaze. Leave at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
